The following questions are being asked of you so that the right puppy and the right placement of each puppy is made. When bringing the various requirements of both the puppy and his/her new owner(s) into perspective, BEFORE a choice is made. We want to make sure that OUR puppies go to the best homes Possible.

I hope you will agree that the animal's welfare must be your foremost concern in considering a puppy. If you are interested in a puppy, we would appreciate if you could please answer the following questions as Honestly as you can, Questions answered will not allow you nor dis-allow you to be allowed to bring a puppy home.

When filling out the form, please be sure to include your email address and that it is accurate.

Please answer all questions with as much detail so we can get to know you and your family, and know that the dog/puppy goes to the best possible

I understand that if I put a deposit on a puppy and the puppy is not paid for in full by the time it is 8 weeks old, I lose my deposit and i understand no refunds are given?
If at any point in the Puppy/Dogs life that Aiden's great Danes feels the said dog is not getting proper care, We have the right to take the said dog/puppy along with all papers associated with the said dog/puppy. Do you Understand?

Would you like to have your new puppy Delivered at an extra Fee ? (for people over 1 1/2 hours) away

How many hours per day will the puppy be alone?
Will you be crate training the puppy?

Have your Current Animals been Spayed/Neutered?
Do you want a male or female?
Are you looking for Breeder, Show Dog or Pet or Service animal?
Are you aware of the costs of caring for a large breed dog?

Are you willing to drive and Meet your new puppy, and their Parents?

If you rent we need your Landlord Information.
What will you do with your new baby of you have to move, are having a baby, get a new job?
Dogs often live 10+ years and are a life long Commitment, are you willing to take Responsibility for the dog?
Three (3) References not related to you, Telephone Number and names, that have known you for more than 2 years, and that have been to your home.
Place of Employment, phone number,address, how long you have been employed with this company. WE will not contact your place of employment.
When are you wanting to add a Great Dane into your Home?
What color Great Dane are you looking to add to your home? Chocolate, Brindle, Fawn, Harlequin, Merle, Black, Blue, Brindleqin, Fawnquin?
If at some point in your life that you are no longer able to keep your new dog or puppy, it has to come back Home to Aiden's great Danes, this animal, shal be returned along with papers at no cost to us, if this dog or puppy should be released to a pound or someone not approved bt us you will be find 5000.00 and will see us in court, we take pride in our animals and will not let them end up into a place where that can be harmed!!!
